Samsung A3... wont hard reset!

    Hi,

    The screen on my Samsung A3 froze this evening when my sister called.

    Pushing the power button illuminates and turns off the screen.

    Pushing the home screen when the screen is dark illuminates it.

    But once the screen is lit up the touchscreen is not working.

    I've tried to do a hard reset but when I hold vol up, home and power button nothing it does not work even when I hold all three for up to a minute. All that happens is "Power, Flight Mode, Restart and Emergency Mode" appear on the screen but when you touch the screen none of them will select.

    If I hold the vol down, home and power button it goes to "Warning, A custom OS can cause critical... Volume up: Continue, Volume down: Cancel (restart phone)" I press the vol down button to restart but when the phone restarts it's just back to square one with the touchscreen not working.

    Any ideas?
