I'm looking at either Fizik Aliante Gamma or Fizik Aliante R3/R5. Anyone using one of these - are they comfortable enough?

Got myself the Antares R3 to replace my concept ex saddle that came with my bike. Fitted it today, but I think I'd need bigger, more supporting saddle. When using concept I was around 70-80kg - today I'm ...110 I might to try to break it but might be painful process.

No one one can tell you if a saddle is going to be comfortable for YOU, the only way to find out is to try it. Someone 65kg might find it super uncomfortable whereas someone heavier find it very comfortable yet another person the same weight and height might hate it. Try it, if it's not comfortable sell it and try something else.
