    " Circular 0026/2015 23/04/2015 IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: GARDA VETTING - A new Circular 0026/2015 outlines preparations being put in place in advance of the forthcoming statutory Garda vetting requirements.     if I were to change jobs after 31st July I would have to be vetted by the new system through the TC. More importantly those who are subbing at present and who may be continuing to do so have to fill up the new form on the TC website so that they will be included in the electronic system , accessed by schools using a code which is to be provided to the school by the sub. This does not apply to anyone who has subbed in your school before 31st July but if you are employing a person for the first time they must be on this new register and the school must check this or risk prosecution.
