Hi, I need to have my kitchen floor tiles taken up and replaced with new tiles as part of an insurance claim due to a leak.

I have a couple of questions:
    1. How much should I expect a tiler to charge per sq m to have the tiles removed and make floor good?
    2. How much should I expect a tiler to charge per sq m to lay new tiles?
    3. What should I expect the insurance to allow for replacement tiles?

Any recommendations for good VAT registered tilers that I could use for insurance?
    Thanks
