    hi Folks,

The current plans for my house allow for an ensuite in the master bedroom. None of the other rooms have ensuites. Im wondering should i add a second ensuite to another room ? Obviously it will cost more money to do it now, is it something i may regret not doing ?

    thanks

It depends on your family needs (e.g. will you have longer term guests that might appreciate a separate bathroom) or do you have children that should learn to live together / clean up after themselves?

Do you have a visitors toilet somewhere e.g. near the living space?

    One is enough IMO

Though the downstairs disabled wc should ideally back on to a room that could allow for bed and ensuite in the future

We just have one in the master bedroom and as Bryan says we have a downstairs bedroom with a bathroom next door. Then two upstairs bedrooms that will share the main bathroom. It really depends on your own family needs are.
