cant connect to banking 365

    hi guys

    been a week since ive been able to connect to 365online.com
    i can get into the bank of ireland home webpage no problem but cant get into online banking through there either

    tried on different browsers, 3 different devices, clearing temp/cookies all that craic 

    outside of my home network it isnt a problem
    rang my isp who say everything is fine from their side

    so what can I do? 
    can't see why after years that it has stopped loading for me
    it is this site only

    What error message are you getting? Have you tried a different DNS to test if it might be your ISP DNS servers causing the problem?

    Can you ping the 365 website and see if you're getting a response?

    What ISP is it btw?

    Thanks for the post.

    We can confirm that Bank of Ireland 365 Online is fully operational.

    Can you let us know if you get a particular error message when trying to log on and at what stage the message appears?

    they assure me all is good on their side and there's nothing they can do other than contact boi

    no message billy
    just the usual this webpage is not available,  goes straight to this in a couple of seconds

    Actually it might not ping. Try tracert www.365online.com instead.

    Next I'd try changing your DNS entry to 8.8.8.8 (or similar free DNS server) and try going to 365online again.

    just home from work, site works fine now despite not trying anything
