O2 phonecover-what does it cover?

Does anyone know if phonecover (taken with O2- now three mobile) will cover me accidentally putting my iphone in washing machine? Also will they try and fix it or just issue a new phone?

Yes it will cover water damage. They will more than likely replace the phone with a refurbished model. You will pay an excess.
