Bank Cards

    Hi, 
    I got sent two card today, that were supposed to go to a different address - and afaik were cancelled - there is also another card due to be sent out.  It's a bit of a fiasco, I can't ring anyone as I can't pay bills (no cards for 3weeks) - can you organise that someone contacts me about this.  I don't know if these cards are usable...(I only ordered one)

    I've tried the online & 365 ask a query / help forms - no-one ever responds.

    I piad into my credit card today, as I have no other means of accessing my money - it's not showing up on my accounts with 365 and my balance has updated on the credit card?

    How long does this take?

    Thanks for posting.

    Payments to a BOI credit card made before the cut-off time of 3.30pm on a working day, will reach the credit card on the next working day so the funds should reach your card tomorrow.
