    Hi.
    I currently buying about 25kg of meat from a local wholesalers every month or so. After doing this I'm stripping it of the external fat and sticking it through a meat slicer.
    I'm doing this at home and finding it very time consuming. I expect to increase the 25 kg to almost every fortnight.
    Is there a farmer/butcher that would take the cut I'm looking for and cut it up into thin slices to my requested measurements. I'm not worried about the fat been left on.

    what kind of meat is it and what do you do with It ?
