    Hi all,lets say a elderly husband and wife took out a loan, husband dies and wife went into nursing home.the bank is still owed a substantial amount.theres no savings house or anything of value to clear the loan.
    Question is what will the bank do?can they come after family?

    Layman Question. Wouldn't the lender not be paid from the Estate before it is distributed towards it beneficiaries?
