I know to some on here this is going to be obvious but for people new to rebuilding and wicking it might not be . In the youtube videos I watched I never heard it mentioned once .

I did my first re-wicking last night on one of the pre-made coils in the subtank mini . Took out some cotton cut it and started to thread it through but it kept falling apart , I eventually got it in there and primed and it worked fine . Later on when I was looking at the cotton sheet I noticed that it hd a kind of 'grain' going through it . I had cut it across .... I should have cut it up 'with the grain' , that way it would have held together better .

Like I said it might seem obvious but there might be others out there like me .

Yeah, might be a Russian but the deck is near identical anyway. The wicks in the picture there are perfect (although maybe I would have the wick a little thicker) - the point is just to show placement etc. My builds always look like that.

The coil is quite high off the deck. Mine end up a lot closer to the air hole. Still getting a very satisfying vape out of my set up.
