My PC arrived today but has a European lead (16a/250v) I have a travel adapter but its 13a/250v. Should I wait until I get another lead or will I be ok for the moment?

It will be fine to use it, and you can replace the European with a suitable "kettle "lead when you can

Actually you can replace the European plug with a 3 pin 13amp plug also. Just cut the lead and put 3 pin plug. on it
