Two Weeks in Europe!

    Hey guys,
    Planning a two week trip to Europe (outside of Summer season), hoping to take in 3 countries / cities, 4/5 nights in each
    Not necessarily looking for travel advice, moreso which 3 destinations will fit together nicely.
    First impressions are something like Krakow / Clug / Zadar but this may be a logistical nightmare.

    Few points to note - we plan on flying from city -> city, don't mind getting buses then to places outside the main cities.
    Have done all the Western Europe countries, so looking to the East, not ruling any out.

    If anyone has done anything similiar or is planning something similiar, please let me know your thoughts!
