No Call Credit - 365Online

    Hi,

    I was wondering if my account has been debited for call credit on my phone number.  It is originally an o2 number but I had it ported over to 3 Ireland and this is possibly the first time I have tried add credit via 365online since I made the change.

    If you are registered for 365Online you can check your recent debits using the 'Recent Transactions' tab in your statements. Alternatively, please call BOI Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to confirm this for you. 

    Regrettably, as we do not have account access here we would be unable to check these details for you here.
