Spicy beef (for pizza) recipe?

    Hi folks,
I love spicy beef on pizza! The last time we made this topping, I used mince and just put in a pack of Schwarz (I think) packet Hot chili con-carne. It wasn't bad at all, but wondering if there is anything else I can use/make up for a better taste... or just to experiment a little.

    Many thanks :)

I'd add a dash of Tobasco for spice. If you can get your hands on them, I'd also recommend puréeing a can of Chipotles in Adobo sauce and adding a tespoon or two to the mince as you fry it. It'll add a nice smokey hot flavour.

I'd also try mixing up some cumin, paprika, cayen pepper, corrainder, onion powder, salt and pepper and adding those to the beef as it cooked. It'll make it really flavoursome. I expect it was a collection of spices like that that were in the schwartz packet anyway.

Make beef chilli, use it in place of tomato sauce. Job. Done
