IBAN invalid

    I'm trying to setup a payee on my 365 account and its telling me the IBAN is invalid.

    I've tried a few different IBAN checkers and they all say its valid.

    Just wondering what my next step should be to get it setup.

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulty setting up your payee. We would first suggest that you check the IBAN using this link. Once this has been verified, please remember when entering the IBAN on 365Online that you omit any symbols or spaces.

    If you are still unable to add the payee after this, please call Bank of Ireland Direct on 0818 365 365 and a representative will be happy to assist you with the addition of this payee.
