Hi I have Grassling Ecosave booster/timer connected to my immersion heater. It is not heating the water - for a week now the orange(off-peak) light is on constantly, although I have the timer set. Is it an electrician or plumber I should call to look at this ?

I could probably replace the timer myself - if I do this do you think it would solve the issue? Thank You
