    Hi,

I'm thinking of moving to the Ratoath Rd (near the Deaf Village Ireland and Pope John Paul II Park) and am wondering about what buses I could get from there into town.

I know the 120 stops on the Ratoath Rd and goes into O'Connell St, but I'm trying to find out if any other buses operate from there into O'Connell St or beyond?

    Thanks :)

Three departures on the 120 each morning extend to Ballsbridge via O'Connell Street, Nassau Street and Mount Street.

There are three return departures from Ballsbridge in the evening.

    The timetable is here:

Otherwise - change buses at Parnell Square.

The 122 crosses Ratoath Road at the Faussagh Road / Nephin Avenue Roundabout. It travels to O'Connell Street and goes onwards to George's Street, South Circular Road, Dolphin's Barn and Rialto to Drimnagh Road.

You are also close to the Navan Road from where you can also get the 38s to O'Connell Street and onwards to Nassau Street and Baggot Street. The 39s and 70 travel down Church Street and the Quays to O'Connell Bridge and onwards to Nassau Street and Baggot Street, with the 39A going further through Donnybrook to UCD.

The 39s and 70 actually travel down Old Cabra Road, Manor Street and Blackhall Place to the Quays rather than Church Street!

The 38s operate via Cabra Road and Berkley Street to Parnell Square and onwards.

Yes indeed. My mistake. I should have said Manor Street rather than Church Street.

As mentioned, the 120 & 122, but also Maynooth line trains from Broombridge and Dublin Bus routes 37, 38, 38a, 39, 39a, 70 on the Navan Road. Ther ie s stop for Bus Éirean route 105, but it won't serve you between Cabra and the city.
