    Hi guys
Just wondering what time this normally gets into the city centre or Heuston station at? Hoping to catch an early train (7:30am) and wondering if it would get into Heuston in time (would be getting it from stillorgan so any other suggestions/alternatives welcome! :))?

    Thanks a million!

That departure will get you there well in time. Another option is to get a 46A if it comes first and hop on a Luas from Abbey Street.

+1 The first 46As from Dun Laoghaire leave at 6:04 and 6:12, they will get to Stillorgan well before the first 145 which leaves Ballywaltrim at 6:10.

Though if you're watching the fare, the 145 will take you all the way from Stillorgan to Heuston on a Leap card for €2.60 whereas the 46A plus Luas option will cost you €2.60 for the bus plus the Luas fare.

That 145 is due at Heuston at about 07:15.

Even cheaper (and easier) than the LUAS option would be to take the 46a to Westmoreland Street and change to any of the 26, 66, 66a, 66b or 67 from further along Westmoreland Street to Parkgate Street and walk across the bridge.

Remember with your LEAP card you'll automatically get €1 off the second bus fare.

You will also get that 1 euro off the Luas too.
