Transfer

I've just been looking at the conditions for transfer on the NUIG website and I'll be applying for a transfer once my exam results are released. In the Regulations for Arts transfer, it says that 'Certified evidence of First Year and any other University Examination results
already completed' is required with the transfer application. However, on the web page where you need to sign in to apply for a transfer, it says 'Please have scanned copies of your supporting documents ready to upload. e.g. proof of ID (required for all applications), leaving certificate results, exam transcripts.'

By exam transcripts, does it just mean that certified copies of exam results are needed or actual exam scripts? Thanks for any help in advance!

Yes, they're looking for official exam transcripts

You'll need to download a transcript request form here and send/hand it in to the Student Information Desk on the ground floor of Áras Uí Chathail together with the appropriate fee.

Thanks for the reply. So just to clarify, they're not looking for the actual written documents I did in the exam or anything. They're looking for a sheet with all of my results on it?

Yep, they need an official, stamped transcript of your grades - your own printout of your exam results won't be accepted.
Fill in the form I linked to when your final results are out and hand it in to the office with the €4 fee. They'll post the transcript out to you about 2 weeks later.
