30.5 k klms on my Nissan primastar. Low roof lwb

Don't carry huge weight. Mostly urban driving. And brembo pads (there basic ones nothing special)

Checking tires today and I noticed I have a lip on the discs already. About 1.8 mm both sides.

At that stage I'll be replacing discs and pads together.

Does that seem like fast wear to you or what

It does seem like very fast wear. Is this a new van you are talking about our did it just get new discs and pads 30k ago?

What brand of discs are they?
I can see a decent lip on my Blueprint ones with Honeywell pads and they haven't done a whole lot more than yours and I am easy enough on the brakes.
I think some discs are just softer than others.

    Brand new van.

I donno what the discs are without checking but pads were ferodo. (Had bugger all miles on it before I swapped to brembo)

I'm not that bothered just surprised.

I'll just fit a set of brembo hc discs with next set of pads

It seems excessive for the KMS you have on the Van. Bring it to the attention of the Dealer if the Van is still under Warranty which I presume it is.
