Hi, I was just wondering if buying a blunt balisong off of eBay was illegal, it wouldn't actually be used for any purpose other than just collecting, as I know real balisongs are illegal. I was looking at this on eBay and was curious into knowing if I could purchase it or is it illegal to own dull/blunt practice balisong…
