Any totally free landing/registration page websites?

I need a landing/registration page for something in work. It's a very simple customer facing offer - I'd like a simple page they can go to to fill in a form and sign up to the offer etc. Will only be aimed at a small number of customers.

Searching around there are loads of fantastic landing page sites but I cant find any that are free. Does anyone know of one that is free as I cant get budget for this...

A landing page and a registration page are different things. A registration page will need a form to either collect data or email it.

mailchimp offer free accounts for data collection for newsletters. They'll also provide a form to drop onto any page where you want to collect the data. This might be what you need.

No budget? HTML templates on ThemeForest seem to be around $20.
