Thanks to the 365 call centre guy I spoke to today.

I've been on both sides of the fence when it comes to Call Centres - in a professional capacity in the past, I managed call centre teams, and in a personal capacity I have generally found myself underwhelmed by the level of customer service I get when I call with an issue

I have to say though, the guy that I spoke to today when I called the 365 number was one of the best. It wasn't even that I was calling with a particularly challenging or complex issue, but he had a great manner, great attitude, and although to him I'm sure I was just the next person on the line with a problem, he came across as genuinely willing to sort out my issue. Fair play to him - it can be a soul destroying job answering phones.

So, if there is a way to get feedback to the guys manager, I'd like to say thanks.

Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but I'm happy to give the details through a PM - I'm guessing he will have had to log the call somewhere.

    Hi jethrothe2nd,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards today.

Thanks for taking the time to pass on your compliment. If you would like to send a PM with the number you called from and the approximate time of your call, we will ensure that your kind words are passed on.

    Thanks again.

    Billy

To chime in here, I've actually had great experience in general when I've actually got on to somebody, and the wait isn't too long either. The call centre doesn't seem to have loud background noise like many others do and the people are generally very friendly and helpful. Well done!
