Returning items via post?

Does anyone know if you can return stuff that you've bought in a shop by post? I bought some stuff in store in Zara recently with cash and I need to return some of it but I don't live anywhere near it as my nearest store is over an hour and a half away. It's a long shot but do you think I could return them by post and have the money refunded to my account?

You can return them. According to their website you need to contact them and arrange for them to send a courier to collect the item.

Sorry for gravedigging, just wondering does this still work without paying for postage? I bought an item instore but can't return instore as i live 200km+ away from the store but in the same country! Thanks

As far as I remember Zara pay for the return rather than the customer. However double check on their website or contact customer service. I haven't returned anything to Zara by post in months.

Zara online returns are very easy to arrange. Follow the instructions on the shipping docket/website. They also process refunds quickly.

I don't know how it works for items bought in shop but their help line should he able to help you.
