RTE1+1 in Ballincollig

Hello, I've done multiple Terrestial Rescans on my Ariva box but I can't get this channel. I find the channel but I just have a blank screen after 7. I'm living in the apartments at the top of Station Road in Ballincollig and if anyone has this working could the send on their frequency. Regards, David

Hello,

It is carried on the same mux/frequency (Mux2) as RTÉ One/UTVI/RTÉ Jr, so if you have these you should also have RTÉ One+1. Have you scanned after 7pm?
