    Contesting a will is a fraught and complicated matter.

    The family tensions will last for many years

    Much depends on evidence of the testator's medical/mental condition at time of will.

    Talk to a solicitor

    I was going to say that you can only contest a last will as all others will have been revoked by that last will!

    Assuming that last will is actually valid !! If the last one is invalid does the previous one then become the last one ?

    Well if you destroy the penultimate will then I'd imagine that this will be taken as revocation so the invalidity of the ultimate will can't restore it. I'm rusty on probate though, so I'm not certain.
