Belpark Triathlon Club are delighted to announce an exciting new Summer Duathlon Series in Dublin’s Phoenix Park!

Entries are now open through the Triathlon Ireland website for our three races on the evenings of Wednesday May 6th, Wednesday June 3rd and Wednesday July 1st 2015.

This is a brand-new 100% club-run event. It is fully sanctioned by Triathlon Ireland, all levels of athlete are welcome and all proceeds go back to funding club activities.

Competitors will be set off in separate waves shortly after 7pm on a flat 2.7km run lap, following a neutralised transition the bike course will take athletes in an anti-clockwise direction on a 4km undulating lap which must be completed 3 times. Then it’s back to transition and out on the second 2.7km run which will take competitors around the playing pitches once again before the finish line beside transition.

The race will be timed electronically. The race course can be seen on our website belparktri.com

Advance entries are only available through the Triathlon Ireland website and cost €18.50 per race. Limited entries on the night (subject to availability) will cost €22.

Enter all three races in advance for the discounted price of €50. (Note: the TI website may charge €55, but you will receive a €5 refund – this is due to a technical limitation, which is being looked into.)

Hope to see you there! Any questions please contact.

Note: All participants must either be a Triathlon Ireland member or purchase a one day license in advance from the Triathlon Ireland website. This is a non-negotiable condition as the race is being run to best-practice Triathlon Ireland standards.
