Lag guitars Lj200?

    I tried one of these in Waltons today and it sounds great for the money. Has any other guitarist here tried them and what opinions regarding hard wearing, able to do a lot of gigs dependability etc..

    I currently have a Takamine EN10 which I have used for the last 25 yrs and it is beginning to show its age. Refretted twice already and surfaced several times etc but I doubt I will put the money towards another refret if there are new guitars as good as the Lag out there.

    I also tried a Maysen dreadnought which was as good but nearly twice the money and no pickup included so I'm wondering any opinions.


    Both are cedar tops as I like the warmth and bass response of cedar as opposed to spruce tops.

    Also any opinions on Schertler acoustic amps?
