Hi I'm wondering if any1 can help me out I've always wanted to teach hairdressing I'm finding it really hard to find information on how to get into this area and if there is any jobs. I've completed my junior trades my city and guilds level 2 diploma I'm currently doing my city and guilds level three and going to sit my senior trades exam as well do I then go onto a train the trainer course or head back to college and do it that way there is a big price difference between the train the trainer and courses for teacher training in colleges like ibht so I'm unsure what to do next? I've 2 years salon floor experience as well as 2 years in college I don't even no if they let you on these course with that or if you need more? Is there jobs out there for tutors in hairdressing or are they much more experienced and older? Please help lost and confused thanks

You maybe better contacting a college that already teaches hairdressing about the requirements to become a tutor or contact FAS/SOLAS.
