I bought an R53 Mini fitted with Toyo Proxes which need to be replaced.

Can someone advise the most expensive tyres I can get in 205/45/17 please?

The most expensive may not necessarily be the best.

Michelin pilot sport or michelin pilot super sports would be well up there as the best all round summer tyre. Continental are usually more expensive but just behind michelin.
Goodyear eagle F1's are also very good.

I can get you some super tyres for €10,000 a corner.

I've an R56 mini and recommend Michelin PS3. Best tyres I've used. I've tried continental, Bridgestone, Dunlop and perelli.

Lolz. R53 would put a lot of things to shame.

Nothing wrong with Toyo proxes, they wear a bit fast but are a nice grippy tyre

Yeah and they should be relatively cheap.
If you go Michelin I'd go for PS2 or supersports, the PS3 aren't the best of the bunch grip wise.

Is it normal everyday driving all year round?

I've had these before. Good grip, but I hate the wallowy sidewalls so I won't be going there.
