I have a minor problem.I recently had to return to claiming Jobseekers Allowance. One form I had to have filled in from my employer was requesting my holiday pay entitlements as part of my redundancy. My former employer was not completely sure if I was entitled so filled the form claiming that I would not be receiving such payment. In the meantime I have received three days holidays in my last pay packet. My real concern now is am I obliged to notify the social of this payment or should I just leave it?
