quit sick leave by myself

    Hi guys. Im looking for advice. hope some1 can help.
    Currently im on sick leave from 1 year. Back injury. I lost my job few weeks back. My employer couldnt hold for me the position. I couldn't work there because it was phisical job. Currently Im in bad situation. Iv got oportunity for sitting job. Im suppose to finish my leave in 2 weeks time but the work is in 3 days time. Can i leave the sick leave by myself? Is it not ageinst to law?
    I know i Cant hold the job and leave in same time. I dont lnow what to do. Please for the advice

    Contact your gp and get a final cert.You will then be free to start your new job.

    Am I not gonna be in trouble if i finish before?
    I lost my old job for which one i was not able to work. Now in my bad family situation im forced to go to work and I have oportunity for sitting work which could be alright for time beeing till my physiotherapy starts

    Your GP will be the one who deciedes if you can return to work.Contact him/her
