    Hi,
I'm looking to move out of Dublin center to somewhere in the countryside, but still need to commute into city center - job location varies all over city.

I'm thinking west of M1 between Ballyboughal and Stamullen.

This would mean driving to the train station and leaving the car.

Can someone give me some information as to what parking is at any of these stations in the morning?

I've read very old threads about Rush&Lusk being very busy/crazy parking but nothing recent.

Donabate looks very handy but I'm wondering if getting to/from it on M1 would take some time and if there are any spaces available etc..

Any experience / advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

No problem in rush now, huge expansion a few years ago and I would say it has never been full.

Yea I park at the rush/lusk station every day. Loads of parking on the lusk side, never completely full.

Also the 33x is cheaper, faster and you always get a seat at the station, than the train.
33d is probably similar, but I've no first hand experience and it's less frequent.

Can anyone give a 2023 update on the parking at the Donabate, Rush&Lusk, Skerries, Balbriggan Train Stations? Looking to move out to North County.

No issues with Parking spaces in Rush/Lusk. I cycle to the station and always see plenty of empty spaces.

    Donabate and Rush/Lusk are fine.

Skerries is a smaller car park and can fill up quickly (but depends on how early you are travelling).

Not familiar with Balbriggan station car park.

A lot of people WFH on Mondays and Fridays aswell. The rest of the week are the busiest for use of parking spaces.
