Passed the NCT. Mechanic has never said anything about them when getting service/changing tyres or when i changed my wishbone etc.

Right one seems ok, left one occasionally making a scraping sound so I don't trust it. Car is 15 years old, no idea if the last owners ever changed them.

Hard to tell, although I'm going to go ahead and say yes considering how rusty they look.

The pads have lots left on them but the discs are very badly corroded.

New discs and pads would be a good idea.

Agree with above. For the sake of a couple hundred quid strongly suggest changing discs and if doing that then new pads is prudent

Disks are well worn. There is quite a lip on the outer edge. Replace with new pads is the answer.

The discs are well corroded, I had new discsand pads for the rear of mine but didn't do them before the test due to time restraints. It passed no bother as all the care about is imbalance it seems. Changed them the next day regardless. Didn't cost much either sub 100 euro anyway. I changed my own though which saved a few bob.
