Parallels Desktop and Time Machine

I've just realised that Time Machine does a 30GB backup after I've used Parallels/Windows. I'm guessing it sees a decent chunk of the HDD has been modified. I've excluded the Parallels app from the backup but that is only 500MB or so. Any ideas?

You probably need to exclude the VHD file as well. It's this that is changing each time. Every document you edit, setting you change alters the virtual hard disk on which Windows is installed.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks. Found a setting in Parallels to exclude the PVM from backups.
