Adult swimming lessons?

    Hey,

    I was wondering if there was anywhere the Newbridge that does adult swimming lessons? And if so would you have any idea of cost?

    If Naas is of any use , plenty of lessens in k leisure Naas , they use to (haven't swam much this year) do a lot of one on one and the likes , some very good instructors

    I think there's adult lessons in Killashee but I could be wrong.

    Talk to staff at Energie Fitness on Station Road (opposite new Dept. of Defence buildings); very helpful and I'm sure they'd have something to suit.
