    hi there
im wondering if some of your kind people could help me,
were thinking about going for baby no 3 and im wondering about a car.
as the title of the post suggests id need a car that will fit
one cushion booster for a 5.3 year old, one highback booster for a 3 year old and one child seat.
My husband is under the impression that any saloon car will fit this combination as the cushion booster will be a big help.
can I ask do any of you have this combination of seats at the moment and is my husbands assumptions correct. we are thinking about changing my polo for a 11 or 12 Octavia by the way.
I also don't mind sitting in the back if we have to put 5.3 year old in the front.

any help would be greatly appreciate. :)

It's not just whether they fit though, it's getting them in and out.
Some saloons have heavy bolstering on the seat edges which means the middle section is effectively smaller, cars with individual seats like say a scenic or Corolla verso are designed to take kids, the seats slide individually so you can stagger the seats, the seats go right out to the edge, and the higher roof makes lifting kids in/out easier.

Something like a seat altea/golf plus might be a good compromise. It's mechanically the same as the Octavia.

Yes it'll work but go for a full sized car like a Mondeo, the back seat is wider.
    Best wishes with number three!

Thanks guys for taking the time to reply, im particularly interested in Octavia, as I know a lady selling one next year and its a great car, well minded etc.
does anyone here have an Octavia?
also do you guys know are you still allowed use cushion seats in cars, I was in Halfords and guy told me there was talk of new laws coming into to say you had to use high back boosters, which would affect the space in the back im guessing.

I have a high back booster, a toddler seat and baby seat in back of Toyota Avensis.

It only fits due to nature of the toddler seat though wouldn't work with all seats. Also no isofix for baby seat, belts only.
