Injury isn't getting better - can you recommend a physio in Dun Laoghaire area?

    Hi there,

last summer in mid July I twisted ankle during one of IMRA races. Twist wasn't too bad but when I continued my training for a marathon I started feeling it. After each training (next day or several hours after) I had pain in my ankle (side of joint). If I run a bit or walk - pain disappear.
I visited quite recommended physio in City and he told me to stay off training for 3 weeks and prescribed some exercises.
I did all he told me but after I started training my problem came back. It was about couple month till the Dublin Marathon and I continued my training - I didn't have any issues while running, only after.

After finishing marathon I stopped running for almost half a year, hoping that it will heal itself. But after few not too long runs (6-12km) pain came back. I desperately need to run to control my shape - I gained a lot of weight (was 91kg when I run marathon, now I'm 102kg). And I like running too. Of course I'm ready to make another break for sake of health.

But I really need a good physio, probably even X-ray/MRI/CT scan. I want to make sure that if I spend some money and time on treatment I will be able to run again :) I know there is no guarantee, but good doctor after treatment should be able to tell if injury is healed or not and if there is nay way to heal it..

Can you recommend any physio in South Dublin? Dun Laoghaire will work best for me. Thanks :)
