Laptop battery dies instantly

Got a new battery for my laptop lasts for about 2 hours but when it gets to about 20% it dies instantly:confused: In the power options, i've got it set to go into hibernation at 10% but it never gets to that...faulty battery?

Sounds it me like there's faulty cells in the battery it sees the capacity 20% but it not able to use it when it gets there. link below will help you check the health of the battery
