    Hey everyone

Was wondering if anyone has ever been to ballymcgarvery village for a wedding . We are looking to keep our wedding very very intimate with 50 to 60 pepole. Could we pull this off here or are the grounds, ceremonial room and function room too big in your opinion. We are afraid that it may feel empty rather than cosy. We live abroad so it's not as easy to judge for us

We viewed it, gorgeous place and the size of the wedding you indicated would be grand in it. Its very expensive though and one thing that we couldn't get past is that the bar is in a separate room to the reception room.

Pretty sure they have minimum numbers

I think you'd very much lose the intimacy feel at those numbers, whilst not a huge room compared to other function halls, it is if youve only 6-7 tables max and the outside bar kills it for me.

suggest village at lyons if youre looking at those numbers and that budget range.
