Advice on buying phone from Amazon.de

    Hi guys I'm planning on buying a phone from Amazon.de because it's far cheaper than .co.uk so what I'm wondering is will I get charged for customs and taxes and if so would I be better off using the German parcel motel? Any advice would be great. Thanks.

    No taxes or customs.

    Amazon.de will revert to Irish vat rate as they sell over a certain value in Ireland I gather.

    The German parcelmotel option will cheapen postage I gather.

    amazon.de ship to ireland. The postage will probably be around 5-8

    Thanks very much for the info, they're charging me €18 for postage, if you were me would you go the German parcel motel route? And would you have the link for that service please.

    Thanks I'm registered there now, I'm wondering would it be worth my while even if it was an extra €2 for faster delivery because Amazon are estimating May 7th.

    So did you go with Amazon or parcel motel?

    What was your experience?

    Wondering if i should discount 23% from the price listed on amazon as it is a business purchase
