Hello, Quick question for anyone in the know. I'm asking for a family member aged 72, Can't make head nor tails from the citizens page. Basically is the family member entitled to this if they are over 70? while still working a full time job? Lives with partner who has no job. Or is it means tested ? Any info would be great.
