Depends on whether you're in the City Council or one of the County Council areas.

    Mark it :

    Franchise Office
    (Inclusion on the Supplemental Register)
    Dublin City Council,
    Block 4, Floor 1,
    Civic Offices,
    Wood Quay,
    Dublin 8

    email franchise -- at -- dublincity.ie

Just google the name of the county council & Franchise Office and you should find it

Just make sure you've had the form stamped and signed at your local garda station (Bring photo ID with you and a bill as it speeds things up if they don't know you)

If you walk into DCC. There is usually a counter of anything typical eg there will be a person taking property tax forms when its due. So I imagine there will be someone taking forms for voting.

You're probably better off posting it as it will go through the mail room and get to the right person's desk.

Always a good idea for big organisations.
