    And i can`t. They won`t ship this item to Ireland. Is this a new policy? Is there an equivalent site that will ship to Ireland?

    Ive sent SAKs and Leathermans from the US Ebay plenty of times for not too bad postage of 10-15 Dollars, none on Ebay UK or Ireland because of the media coverage over stabbings even though something ridiculous like 99% of fatal stabbings in the UK are done with kitchen knifes you can get in any pound shop.

    Parcel Motel is the easiest though, get it delivered in 3 days for €3.90.
