    Played here today for 1st time on a Just Golf deal with son. Now did not expect much for the price of the deal. So like any of these deals we use we like to either hire a buggy or get a meal to try and give some business that they would not get if we were not there.
    Today we hired a buggy which died on the 17th hole. I went up to clubhouse and after some conversation they did give me another buggy to collect the clubs from the broken buggy. We decided to just finish and leave our clubs in car and go in to clubhouse. Thinking that maybe we would get a cup of coffee as a sorry not a chance all we got was you were lucky that you got to the 17th hole sure anyway you were on a Just Golf deal I did reply that we had pay for the deal and 25 for the buggy. After a few other words I did get that they would see what could be done to give us some discount on a buggy next time we were there. All I will say about that is never again will I play on that course if that is there idea of customer service. Has anyone else found this type of attitude when using a deal on this course or any other ?

    Have to say never. Played there a lot over the years and was there last Friday and never had any problems.

    Why didn't you just carry the clubs up the 300 yard last and tell them to collect the buggy? Sure 1 good drive and you on the green.

    Like Mike have played there a bit and no issues with them at all.

    Could have carried the clubs that was not the problem. It was the comment that you have used a deal. If they had just said sorry and not mention the deal would not have posted the comment. As I had never played here before just wanted to know if this was the norm.

    I find it hard to follow your story due to the lack of punctuation. Anyway, I've never had a problem there either and have probably played it 200 times in all.

    Never played the course so no personal experience of their treatment of customers but agreed that if their policy is to look down their nose at golfers paying for deals then they shouldn't be selling them.

    ok his punctuation was not the best, but in fairness it was not the most difficult to read and follow. I followed his story fine anyway.

    200 times ehh? you wouldn't be a member by any chance would you?

    I used to be up to about 10 years ago. From the area so used to play it up to 5 times a week. I haven't played it for 2 years though
