Any races planned for this year? 2 sprint distance races so far, one in June, one in August

    Sporting background? Competitive gymnast

What's your best result to date / the one you're happiest with?
Last year, Sprint distance 1:31, started off too easy in the run, picked up pace and sprinted the last 500m!

What do you have for breakfast?
Varies between nothing, a cup of tea/coffee, porridge or an occasional donut!

How many kick ups with a football can you do? Not sure

Claim to Gluttony fame? Started night with a meal in a restaurant, afterwards went for a feed of pints, finished off the night with a full doner kebab meal, then proceeded immediately to a late night Chinese takeaway for a chicken fried rice (I must have been carbo loading or something ;) ).

What distances have you raced up to now? Sprints to now

Long term plan for the sport? Have only casually completed races last three years (would spend whole year doing nothing then train 8 weeks before race). This year finally have been consistent in the last 6 months. Aiming for 1:20 sprint time this year, then plan to go Olympic from next year. Ultimately would love to tick the IM box but I am a few years off that!

Are you a member of a club? Yes, Toronto Triathlon Club! (recently moved to Canada!)

What would be ur superpower? The ability to read people's minds. Maybe I'm doing it right now.....

What's ur dream job? Thankfully the one I am doing!

Favourite smell? New baby smell. Although after the third baby the sleep deprivation ruins the fun!

Are you paying your water charges? (Or if you don't have a house would you?) I'm now in Canada. They always have had water charges here.

Top three dream girls? Wife and 2 daughters. Although Charlie Theron might get a look in.

    Your Patronus? My what now?

Pretty low key in general. The season is short because lake (Lake Ontario) is so deep that it takes quite a while to warm up despite usual summer temperatures from June on in the 30s. In fact I think it only just melted a few weeks ago!

Not coming home for the 70.3, I'm a sprint distance guy currently but plan to increase over the next few years (wife permitting of course lol)
