    Hey everyone,
I made a claim with mapre (insureandgo) recently. They acknowledged my claim after a lengthy correspondence.
    I claimed for €345
    I got €138 on a policy with no excess. i.e. €207

Does anyone have any experience challenging such a calculation?

    Cheers

Hiking boots and hiking jacket. 3 years.

3 years gone on a generous estimate of a 5 year life seems reasonable for hiking gear, to be honest.
Policy is not replace as new.
