Charity Fundraising Work

I saw job vacancies online for fundraising work for various charities with very good pay (€12-€15/hour, no experience required). This seems very good and so I am just wondering if anyone has had experience in this area of work, and if so, was it very difficult? (and is this perhaps a reason why more than minimum wage is being offered?) thanks! 0
