    How do I get hot water without heating the radiators. Is there a lever or valve I can turn, it is a gas system.

    It could be a manual lever. It could be an electronic valve. It could be done from the heating controller. It it may have none if these and you will need to just turn off the radiator valves for the summer.

    You don't have enough posts. Load it up to something like Dropbox and post the link here. You may have the spell the period in the URL so that you can post the link. Leave out the www part.
